    Two week check-in.

    September 2025 I started working with Christine on the Trainorfu app. I averaged 5 workouts a week and was making progress with the amount of weight I lifted and how many reps.


    My situation is different in that I sit in a wheelchair all day, so I get no steps but I work my legs 3 days a week. 


    Christine is amazing at keeping this interesting and progressing.


    For about a year I have not focused on macros or number of calories. Turns out I was probably not eating anywhere near enough. Certainly not enough protein. Not a lot of junk just not enough. My weight has stayed the same for over a year.

    I lost an inch on my waist the first month but not much after that. I hate scales.


    2 weeks ago Christine encouraged me to focus on food and calories. 40/40/20 carbs/protein/fat and at least 20g fiber.

    I have hit those macros every day except for 1 in two week. This is a big NSV for me.

    I had the privilege of training with Christine during a season of life when my kids were little, and she truly made fitness possible for me. She met me at the park so I could work out while having my kids with me, which meant everything at that stage of motherhood. Even those park workouts got my body into the best shape it has ever been in.

    My health journey with Christine began as a simple “I want to loose weight for my wedding” I did not know it was going to change my life forever. She made me feel comfortable and listened to me from the beginning! She pushed me out my comfort zone but it never felt overwhelming. I had to start from the beginning, teaching me how to properly squat, do a lunge. She never made me feel insecure or dumb, every question I asked was answered. I went from not working out to going 3-5 days a week! It became a lifestyle. Not only did I loose weight I gained strength that I did not know I was capable of but one thing for sure She NEVER gave up on me even when I gave up on myself. Not only did she train me physically but also mentally with my relationship with food! She taught me how to choose wisely and count calories. She showed me that my love for food didn’t have to stop it just needed a change. And that! To me was the best thing I took out of her because I continue to use it. With Christine I lost 100lbs! Not only did I look good physically but mentally I felt amazing! I loved my body again, I loved myself again. Christine is not only a personal trainer, she listens, she corrects you, she pushes you and she’s a friend. Although she may not like that word but she becomes more than just your personal trainer. I still use all that she taught me and she’s absolutely the best!! You want results she’s the one!

    I met Christine through my mother in law. Just in time to prepare for my wedding. Not only did I slim down I learned new habits to be able to successfully maintain the weight loss..she pushed me beyond my limits and helped me in more ways then losing weight..

     I am 59 years old and have been so blessed to work with Tina for almost 2 years.  I came to her in 2024 with a back and neck injury, under a doctors care and taking physical therapy.  The orthopedic surgeon said I would need to support and strengthen my spine for the rest of my life in order to have the best quality of life, so I knew I needed professional help to not further injure myself and do the strength training journey with guidance on appropriate exercises, proper technique and form. Getting stronger and healthy again was my #1 goal! I’m so thankful to have found Tina, who is very well-versed and educated in working with injured clients. I love that she is always taking continuing ed classes! She is always learning, learning, learning!  

    Working with clients is not just a job for Tina, it is her love and her calling. She has a genuine care and heart for Your health.  I love how she encourages me and checks in with me. I appreciate her giving me the gentle nudges to “get back to the gym” when life gets so busy. She knows how important my health is to me and is that firm, sweet voice to help keep me on track! My ideal schedule is to work out five days per week.  2025 presented a lot of big changes in my life so I wasn’t as consistent as I like to be. When I am consistent, her exercise programs are very effective… Not just to maintain, but to build muscle and tone.  I love that she is in intentional to ensure exercises are incorporated that work the joints, ligaments, and tendons, as well… This promotes functional strength, which is exactly what I want and need!  I value her knowledge and wisdom as she makes adjustments in the exercise program, makes modifications in specific exercises as needed, takes into account major personal life events and how that may be affecting your personal training journey… I can’t begin to tell you what a blessing and help she is to the overall health of a person… She’s truly the whole package, she’s amazing!  

    I moved about six months ago and she was super flexible, easily transitioning to remote training in order to meet my ongoing needs.  I love the app she uses… It has videos attached to each exercise for my ease of reference, plus I can share notes and feedback and she consistently responds in a timely manner.  I can always call her if I need to have a more comprehensive conversation with her on something, as well. It’s working beautifully, I just love the ongoing training and collaboration with her!  

    I have worked with a few personal trainers over the years and have been blessed in different ways by nearly all of them.  But Tina has been the most knowledgeable and experienced, most overall effective, as well as being the most personal and caring trainer I have ever worked with.… She is the “cream of the crop” and my personal training G.O.A.T.!  If you’re serious about your health and willing to put in the time and effort, you will get results with Tina.  I strongly endorse and highly recommend!!
